All ticket transactions are subject to a £1 booking fee. The charge is per transaction (not per ticket). This covers costs comprising box office ticketing software and service, web hosting fees, and server upkeep.
Tickets for events must be booked in advance via our website or over the phone with our Box Office team. If there is a cut off time for booking, you will find this information on the website event page.
Digital e-tickets will be sent out ahead of your event. When you arrive at Curve Venue your tickets can be self-scanned from your mobile device or a print-out, at one of our contactless scanning points.
If you purchase tickets and subsequently find you are unable to attend, we may be able to credit your Curve Venue box office account. Please let us know at least 72 hours before the performance. A charge of £1 per transaction applies.
In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled by Curve Venue or the promoter, the following options are available:
In most circumstances, tickets can be reserved for a maximum of five days. Tickets can be reserved no less than seven working days before the event.
Where indicated, concession rates are available to fully retired senior citizens, unwaged, students and under 16s.
For most shows, tickets/seats are not required for children under 18 months who are happy to sit on laps (unless otherwise stated).
In the event of adverse weather, Cwhich urve Venue will endeavour to remain open.
Events will usually only be cancelled if an act / artist is unable to travel to the venue.
If you have tickets for an event at Curve Venue and are unable to get to us, we need at least 24 hours notice to be able to help. This is so we can try to re-sell your ticket. We will credit your Curve Venue account. If there is adverse weather, we will waive our usual transfer fee for this service.
